Sandyford Central, will comprise of 564 apartments over 6 distinct blocks. This scheme will have a large emphasis on communal amenity spaces to include a reception, gym, co-working areas, lounges, multifunctional rooms and a panoramic rooftop lounge as well as a crèche and café.
The development will create a pedestrian connection between the Stillorgan Luas stop and the existing residential and retail units in the Sandyford Business District via a new landscaped public thoroughfare. The scheme is due for completion in 2023.
