Avestus Capital Partners has successfully completed the acquisition of a 70 acre residential site in Ardee, Co. Louth. The site was acquired with planning for 144 high quality houses, allowing the first phase of construction to commence immediately. The scheme is named Bridgegate and will provide a well-designed, spacious and affordable offering to the starter home market. Ardee is a well-established town in County Louth with new school amenities, utilities and road infrastructure under construction. The scheme is just 40 minutes from Dublin Airport and qualifies for both the current Help-to-Buy and the Rebuilding Ireland Home Loan schemes. Richmond Homes, a subsidiary of Avestus Capital Partners, is developing and constructing the first phase of the scheme and will manage the planning, design, sale and construction of all subsequent phases.
