Richmond Homes welcomed the first residents to their new homes at Bay View in March. Our dedicated Customer Care team has handed over the keys to 30 new homes and look forward to moving more people into the next phase very soon.
Bay View is an A2 rated new development located at The Coast, Baldoyle. Designed by Henry J Lyons, offering energy efficient living in a contemporary setting, surrounded by an abundance of amenities to include the1.8km cycle greenway between Baldoyle and Portmarnock.
We witnessed a very high demand for Phase 1 and 2 with all units selling out within days of launching. We look forward to the release of Phase 3 which we will be announcing shortly.
