Bridgegate is bustling with activity as the last of the Phase 1 buyers move into their new homes. After making headlines in The Irish Independent about its proximity to Dublin we saw an influx off first-time buyers from Dublin who see the great benefit of being able to work from home, yet remain within a commutable distance from the capital.
Bridgegate is situated on an elevated site south of Ardee town centre, where it commands breath taking views of the surrounding countryside.
These A3 rated homes were designed by Comma Architects and feature contemporary fitted kitchens by Gallagher kitchens. The beautiful selection of show homes was designed by Denise O’Connor and her team at Optimise Design.
