We are delighted to announce that our main contractor on Sandyford Central, John Paul Construction, achieved Practical Completion on this landmark development in September 2023. This is a flagship project for our team, consultants and contractor that reflects the hard work of all over the past number of years from the concept design and planning, right through to handover.
The development was completed in four phases from May 2023 and has since been fully fit out and mobilised by our teams and has been launched to the rental market as two distinct schemes, The Hudson and The Oslo. We have been welcoming tenants since July, with The Hudson now almost fully occupied. Sandyford Central represents best-in-class BTR development with a variety of residents’ amenity spaces, including a reception, gym, resident lounges and co-working spaces, a games room, and a panoramic rooftop lounge with connected rooftop terrace, as well as a private courtyard garden. The development will also have a crèche and café on site for the benefit of residents and the local community.
