Residential development site acquired suited for a large scale PRS scheme

Avestus Capital Partners has acquired an exceptionally well located 2.1 acre site facing onto the N11 national primary road near Foxrock. The site is on a quality bus corridor into the city centre and walking distance to Sandyford Business District where a large number of multinational companies are based. Part of the site has planning permission for 48 apartments but the combined site has potential for in excess of 140 units. Richmond Homes, a subsidiary of Avestus Capital Partners, will develop out the site and planning and given its size it will apply for planning permission under the “fast track” Strategic Housing Development process.
