Fergus has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate covering property investment, development and financing in Ireland, the UK and throughout mainland Europe.
Fergus has a deep knowledge of the Irish property market, in particular the PRS, Office and Retail sectors, and has a strong track record in deal sourcing, development and asset management and structuring complex transactions.
A Chartered Accountant, Fergus previously worked with Dunloe Ewart plc, a listed property company since taken private. Fergus also worked with KPMG in the areas of corporate finance, construction and real estate.
