Ian’s responsibilities include construction and development. During construction, Ian is focused on contractor and design team management, quality assurance, cost management and site safety.
Ian has over 18 years’ experience working as a senior manager within major structural engineering consultancies primarily in the city of London. His experience ranges from predominately residential through to commercial and entertainment sectors of both large and medium scale developments. Ian has vast experience working within confined city centre sites including single to triple storey basements adjacent to major subterranean services and other logistical constraints.
