Seán is responsible for the delivery of all development sites, including all aspects of Design, Planning, Programming, Procurement and Construction. During construction, Seán is focussed on detailed contractor management, quality assurance, programme performance, cost management and health & safety.
Seán has over 20 years’ experience in property development in the UK and Ireland, working at director level for several developers including Berkeley Group plc, Barratt London plc, P Elliott and the Dandara group. He has extensive experience in both city centre brownfield regeneration and greenfield development sites, with a focus on residential development.
